Ms. Yassitepe has experience in applying molecular and quantitative genetics approaches in eucalyptus and maize breeding programs (Fibria Celulose 2007-2011; University of Delaware/2011-2013) and is interesting in understanding the complex nature of plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses and the genetic and phenotypic adaptation to these intricate challenges.
