Ricardo is a research scientist at Embrapa since 2010. At the GCCRC, Ricardo is mostly focused on the discovery of genes that impart enhanced stress tolerance in crops, using approaches and tools such as comparative genomics, gene network analysis, genetic modification and genome editing.
